Michael Frazier fends off the attack of another man, whom he told "I don't like you" just moments before, at a downtown bus stop. The 62-year old had been waiting for a Circulator bus near Baltimore's Inner Harbor before they tried hitting each other with their canes. The free bus service has been beset by issues involving intoxicated and vagrant individuals, and is considering charging to make up for a funding shortfall.
